Plant-based dishes are a specialty of mine. I have years of experience with vegetarian and vegan cooking, and I firmly believe that almost any meal can be just as delicious without the presence of meat. I cook primarily vegetarian at home, and I’ve worked as a vegan recipe developer for a popular meal-kit delivery company.
